1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
- Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at vims2023@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Customized Orders: Orders for customized NFC cards (e.g., personalized designs or text) cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.
1.2 How to Cancel
- To cancel a standard order, email our customer support team at vims2023@gmail.com with your order details. Ensure that you include your order number and reason for cancellation.
- For cancellations made after 24 hours or for customized orders, please refer to our refund policy below.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
- Standard Orders: If your order has been canceled within the allowed timeframe (24 hours), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of customized NFC cards, refunds for customized orders are generally not available. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement or refund as detailed below.
2.2 Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or approval of a refund request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, VIMS ENTERPRISE will issue a store credit or another form of refund at our discretion.
2.3 Non-Refundable Fees
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase or return shipping will not be reimbursed.
- Customization Fees: Fees for customized NFC cards are non-refundable.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items

- If you receive a defective or incorrect NFC card, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear photographs of the issue and your order number. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
3.2 Return of Defective Items
- You may be required to return the defective or incorrect item to us before a replacement or refund is processed. Instructions for returning items will be provided by our customer support team.
